Meetings are typically on the fourth Monday of every month and as of June 23, 2025 the meetings begin at 6:00 PM in the library.

However, for calendar year 2025, two meeting times are different due to holidays:

May Board of Trustee Meeting is Tuesday, May 19, 2025 ( Due to Memorial Day holiday)

December Board of Trustee Meeting is Monday, December 15 ( Due to the Christmas holiday)

Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted at least 48 hours before the meeting and remain posted at least until after the meeting is concluded.

Minutes will be posted on the website after approval at the next scheduled board meeting and remain posted for at least 60 days. Minutes are also available in the agenda binder located by the circulation desk.
