Friday, March 13, 10:30-11:30 AM – We are now offering free Tai Chi classes on the 2nd Friday of each month. This is a low-impact exercise program for those aiming to improve muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises can be adapted for every level of ability. Classes are led by Sandy Marini of IVCH.
