Friday, February 14, 10:30-11:30 AM – Beginning in February, we will offer free Tai Chi classes on the 2nd Friday of each month. This is a low-impact exercise program for those aiming to improve muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises can be adapted for every level of ability. Classes will be led by Sandy Marini of IVCH.
