Full funding for our concluding musical, magical presentation hosted by Mr. Steve on July 24 was received from The Arts of Starved Rock Country Fund.
For teens (sixth grade and up) we have BINGO reading challenge cards. We also have some fun events planned for you: June 18, 6 PM Deconstruction Day, July 9, 1 PM Hamilton Duel Trivia, and July 16, 6 PM Oreo Tasting – see the calendar page or follow our Facebook page for more details.
For adults, we have BINGO challenge cards to challenge you to read outside of your comfort zone AND, since it’s SHOWTIME at the library, for adults and interested ages, we will be showing some MOVIES in the library
Anticipated movie titles and times are listed on the calendar page; we plan to show Marvel movies on Mondays until we get through the entire series, host occasional First Hold watch parties, and show some classic movies or hold sensory sensitive showings.
We request that a parent or guardian accompany any children under the age of 8. Older children are welcome to be dropped off and picked up or to come on their own.
We ALL win when we read!
